Terms of service

1. Who provides the service

Services are provided by STUDIO ANDRA S.P., Brilejeva ulica 9, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia (tax number 79033423, registration number 9968814000), trading as Foto Studio Andra. The photographer is Andrija Đorđević.

2. Booking a date

A date is booked once we have agreed the date, the place and the price, and I have confirmed it by phone, email or message. Until then the date is not held.

When you book a larger event, that day is reserved in my calendar for you alone.

3. Price

The price we confirm before the event is final. I do not charge surcharges for extra hours, travel costs anywhere in Slovenia, or fees for individual photographs.

Prices are published on the pricing page. Shoots outside Slovenia are arranged separately.

Any discount applies for the period stated alongside it and is reflected in the price we confirm at booking.

4. What you receive

Every celebration shoot (weddings, christenings, birthdays) includes:

• around 250 edited photographs, carefully selected, not raw files
• delivery no later than three weeks after the event
• a USB drive with every photograph at full resolution
• a password-protected online album
• 20 premium prints, ready to frame

For shoots that are not a wedding, christening or birthday you receive around 200 edited photographs and a password-protected online album you can download from in full resolution with no limits. The number is approximate and matched to how long the event runs. If you would also like them printed and saved to a USB stick, tell me before the shoot; for a surcharge (around 20-30 EUR) I am happy to arrange it.

5. On the day

At larger events I stay as long as the event lasts, with no pre-set limit on hours.

I photograph discreetly and work around the event, the ceremony or the session. At church ceremonies I follow whatever the church or the officiant specifies.

Selecting and editing the photographs is part of the creative work and I do it myself.

6. Copyright

Photographs are creative works. As their author I retain moral rights under Slovenian copyright law.

The extent to which you may use the photographs as the client is agreed at booking.

I will not publish your photographs in my portfolio or on social media if you would rather I did not; tell me before the event or at any point afterwards.

7. Liability

I prepare for every booking with backup equipment. In the event of force majeure, illness or circumstances outside my control, we will arrange a replacement date or a refund of what you have paid.

8. Governing law

These arrangements are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. We will try to settle any disagreement amicably; failing that, the courts of Ljubljana have jurisdiction.

9. Changes to these terms

I may update these terms. The terms that apply to your booking are the ones published when the booking was confirmed.
